The company was founded in 1985 to solely underwrite Lawyers Professional Liability Insurance.
In the intervening years, the horizons were expanded to write Professional Liability for:
- Title & Escrow Agents
- Insurance Agents & Brokers
- Miscellaneous Classes
Additionally TPC undertook responsibilities for:
- Application & Policy Drafting
- Regulatory Compliance
- Marketing
- Claims Handling
To be more responsive to market conditions and to provide better service, we formed two Risk Purchasing Groups:
- The Premier Attorneys Purchasing Group
- The Premier Insurance Agents Purchasing Group
