Become A Producer
There are two levels of appointment:
1. Open Brokerage producer
All you need to do is to provide:
- W-9
- Certificate of Insuance or copy of Declarations page
- Provide accounting contact information including Name, Address, Phone, Fax, and E-mail
As soon as you bind your first risk you will be given the choice of:
Either: Staying as an open brokerage producer
Or: Become a Fully Appointed Producer
To become a fully appointed Producer it will be necessary for you to provide the following additional information prior to binding the next risk.
- Signed producer agreement; and
- Complete the producer questionnaire
The advantage of becoming a fully appointed Producer is that you will become eligible for higher rates of commission and longer terms of credit.
